Can I modify or adjust my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Do you have a Diane Dal Lago Ltd. or Raceway Fashionista catalog?

How quickly will my item ship?
All in stock items will ship within 48 hours. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an “out-of-stock” email notice that will inform you of expected delivery date.
How do I know what size to choose?
Diane Dal Lago Ltd., urges you to pay close attention to the size specifications located next to each product image. These are approximate size equivalents to help our customers determine which size is best for them. If shrinking is an issue, it is noted as well, and in this case, we urge you to order one size up.
Can I return my item?
Diane Dal Lago Ltd. only offers exchanges for equal or greater value. We do not except returns since each item is made-to-order just for you. All exchanges require a Return Authorization number. Please contact us at orders@dianedallagoltd.com to obtain this. The replacement item will not be shipped until the exchanged item arrives back to our facility.
What if my item is damaged?
Diane Dal Lago Ltd. prides itself on the quality of their crystal apparel. Because of this, we stand behind the fact that it will hold up through normal wear and washing. If your item looses a crystal or other component, we will repair it for free, up to one-year from the purchase date.
How do I take care of my crystal apparel?
All crystal embellished items from our line can withstand normal wash and wear. Recommended washing instructions are: turn inside out, wash delicate in cold water and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
